Aga is a great instructor, and she creates a welcoming and inclusive environment for all levels of experience. The classes are challenging but not too difficult, and I always feel great afterwards. I've also recently started attending sound baths, and I've found them to be a really relaxing and restorative experience. The combination of the sound and the vibrations really helps me to let go of stress and tension. I would definitely recommend both yoga and sound baths to anyone looking for a way to improve their physical and mental health.
